I don’t really like fruit. It’s a textural thing for me. Too many fruits have skins, seeds, veins and just overall weird textures that I can’t deal with. Smoothies, however, are my jam. I used to only get the Peanut Butter Moo’d smoothie from Jamba Juice because I was basically afraid of all fruit except for bananas. I’ve since grown up a little and started to brand out. Now I’m all about different fruits in my smoothies, even veggies too!
The Best Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop Cafe Mocha Amazing Meal
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
heaping spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup coconut milk (the real stuff that comes in a can, shake well)
Blend to oblivion. Add a little more almond milk if things are getting stuck.
