Goal 1: 5 Miles

I made a plan. I’ve set out to accomplish something. I listed my goals. I’m pushing myself.

Step 1: Run 5 miles by September 4th.

Here is this month’s inspiration….

The ultimate goal is to run the Dallas White Rock Half Marathon in Dec. 2.5 miles down…10.6 to go.
